ABSTRACTS
The deadline for Abstract submission is 15 June 2009
Only Abstracts of registered participants will be included in the Book of Abstracts
ABSTRACT FORMAT
ll Abstracts should be one side of A4
Margins (right, left, top and bottom) should be no less than 2.5cm
The Abstract should include:
- Title;
- Authors' names;
- Affiliations;
- E-mail address;
- main text.
All figures should be labelled with captions
The Abstract page must not be numbered
Please note that all Abstracts will be printed in black and white
SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT
The Abstract should be submitted as a pdf file
The pdf file should be named as
{"positron" or "electron"}_{family name}_{a number}_{two or three key words from title separated by _ characters}
with "positron" being used if it is being submitted to the Positron Workshop and "electron" being used if it is being submitted to the Electron-Molecule Symposium, eg,
positron_smith_2_fragmentation_of_Ps
electron_jones_1_rotational_excitation_H2
(The number is to help us to distinguish between different Abstracts sent by the same author)
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT
Receipt of an Abstract will be acknowledged by an autoresponse from the server
PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY LATEX SYMBOLS, CURLY BRACKETS OR FULL STOPS, OR ANY OTHER "UNUSUAL" CHARACTERS, IN THE FILENAME (as these will be rejected by our spam filter)
